P(論文)This paper has two purposes from the viewpoint that it is necessary to promote not only the employment of international students but also subsequent "retention." One is to review previous studies, focusing on the "subjective careers" of international students and foreign employees, and the other is to gain perspectives for future studies. First, I organized the position of subjective careers in career theory and their research approaches and examined cultural influences and the role of language in subjective careers.
